Limit Sun Exposure

When you have sensitive skin, it is advisable that you try as much as possible to stay away from direct sunlight. This is because direct sunlight has been known to make the sensitive skin become reddened and experience some burning. Ensure that at before you step out at any given moment, your face is covered with sunscreen. Additionally, you can cover your body with sunblock lotion.

Ensure Protection Always

Sensitive skin is supposed to be always protected. Ensure that you are adequately protected even when you are in the house. This is more especially if you reside in a home that uses air conditioning machines, ensure to keep your skin always hydrated by frequent use of a moisturizer.
